Actual Revenue CSV Export | Tempo Help Center

The following table shows all actual revenues fields that are exported and the description of their contents.

The fields order may differ from the actual export file column order

Exported Fields	Description
Category	The category of the revenue. May contains either OPERATING - operating revenue CONSULTING - Consulting revenue NON_OPERATING - non-operating revenue
Type	The type of a revenue or the title of a consulting revenue
Name	The name of the revenue
Description	The description for the revenue/consulting revenue
Reporter	The reporter for the revenue/consulting revenue
Start date	The date on which the revenue occurred or if recurring or a consulting revenue the starting date.
End date	The date on which the revenue/consulting revenue ends.
Custom fields	The value for a specific custom field.
Account	The account key of the associated Tempo Account
REVENUE	SPECIFIC
Amount	The amount of the revenueThe
Amortized	The revenue is amortized or not. May contains either TRUE - if amortized Nothing - if not amortized
Frequency	The frequency of the recurring expense. May contains either WEEKLY MONTHLY YEARLY Nothing if ONCE
Repeat every	The "repeat frequency" for the recurring expenses
Occurrences	The maximum number of occurrences for the recurring expenses.
Repeat on	Days of the week the recurring expense occurred (only when frequency is set to WEEKLY) May contains a combination of the following values SU - for Sunday MO - for Monday TU - for Tuesday WE - for Wednesday TH - for Thursday FR - for Friday SA - for Saturday
Repeat by	The monthly recurring expenses occurred - (only when frequency is set to MONTHLY) May contains either DAY OF MONTH - for the recurrence to be based on the day of the month e.g. Monthly on day 31 DAY OF WEEK - for the recurrence to be based on the week day e.g. Monthly on the first Tuesday
CONSULTING	SPECIFIC
Wage	The wage for the consulting revenue (hourly rate).
Availability	The billable ratio (%) - Portion of the worked hours that are billable.
Worked Hours	The hours worked in the period defined by the start date and end date
