You can connect ideas to customers to prioritize them, provide evidence for an idea’s value, and follow up with the customer when you execute on that idea.
To connect an idea to a customer:

Open the idea

On the Idea card, open the Customers tab

Search for the customer to add it to the idea

To view any ideas connected to a customer:

Open the customer’s card

Go to the Ideas tab
