Managing resources in Resource Planning requires the Manage Team Plans permission for the teams the resources belong to.
The Resource Planning view shows the availability of your resources and lets you see at a glance who has available hours and who is overbooked. You can select between a Days view for finer details, or a Weeks view for the bigger picture. Customize the view and use filters when viewing resources, and plan your team's time at the issue or project level directly on the timeline or by dragging issues from the Issues side panel.
