Installing an Earlier Version of Tempo Capacity Planner


Installing Tempo Capacity Planner for Server requires the Jira System Administrator permission.

Before you begin, choose a version of Tempo Capacity Planner that is compatible with your versions of the following products by consulting the  compatibility table .

  • JIRA

  • JIRA Agile (if this product is installed)

  • Tempo Timesheets (if this product is installed)

To install a version of Tempo Capacity Planner other than the latest compatible version:

  1. In the Atlassian Marketplace, go to the Tempo Capacity Planner Version history  page.

  2. Hover over the version that you want to install, and then click Download.

  3. Save the Tempo Capacity Planner .obr file to your computer.

  4. Click the gear icon at top-right, and then select Add-ons.

  5. In the left sidebar, click Manage add-ons.

  6. On the Manage add-ons page, click Upload add-on.

Please note that Tempo Capacity Planner is installed along with the following system plug-ins:

  • Tempo Core

  • Tempo Teams

  • Tempo Planning API

  • Tempo Accounts

Newer versions of one or more of the system plug-ins might be compatible with the version of Tempo Capacity Planner that you installed. If newer versions are compatible, on the 'Manage add-ons page,' Update buttons are displayed for the system plug-ins. Click Update for each system plug-in.
