Enforcing SAML on Strategic Roadmaps' Published Roadmap URLs

Problem

Enforce the need to use SAML / SSO sign-in on Published Roadmap URLs

Solution

Only accounts on the Professional and Enterprise plans can have published roadmaps that require SAML / SSO login to access the URLs.

After the SAML / SSO authentication method has been enabled on the account, the Account Admin can enforce SAML / SSO protection on Published Roadmap URLs for anyone viewing a published roadmap by:

  1. Click on the avatar in the bottom-left corner and select Account Settings.

  2. In the window that appears, click on the Company tab.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click the Enforce SAML Protection on Published Roadmaps checkbox

Once enforced, Account Admins still have the option to disable this enforcement on a per-roadmap basis by selecting the Disable SSO Requirement checkbox prior to republishing their roadmap. This option will be greyed out for Collaborators or Reviewers.
