Planned time report - Seeing plans of suspended/deleted users

Prerequisites:

Full access permission role

Access to Resource Planner

While in a planned time report if the viewer has a full access permission role they will see the plans of suspended and deleted users.

This is expected behaviour as the abilities of a full-access role grant visibility across your company.

To delete the plans of former users, the Resource Planner needs to be used, paying special attention to the date range.

Date range starting point
- Must be set to a date when the former user(s) were still active
Date range ending point
- Must be set to a date that extends past the last occurrence of planned time

At this point with either a team filter or no filter applied, the suspended/deleted users should be visible, with their names crossed out, as well as their planned time.

With the planned time events visible, the option to delete them should be available when the cursor is moved over them.
