Cannot add user to Tempo Team

Question

I am not able to see the user in my Team. When I try to add him/her to the team, Tempo told me that he/she is already team member.

Answer

The affected user was already a member of this team and left (with a leaving date set on the team) at one point. To check that, you can click "Show all Members" as seen in the screenshot.

You can try to add this user to the team again, but give a joining date that is later than their previous leaving date.
