Some disclaimer
Some link to sign up for EAP
After you’ve signed up for the early access program, you can enable Project SAGE. You can set up your organization to use Project SAGE before or after it is enabled. Setting up for Project SAGE also benefits teams that don’t use Project SAGE, as those integration apps and internal issues are used by Tempo Automation to help automate time logging.
After you’ve enabled Project SAGE, you can immediately activate it for specific teams. Managers can also activate Project SAGE for their teams after it’s been enabled for the organization.
Time Tracking Modes
When you have enrolled in Project SAGE’s early access program, you can choose two different time tracking modes:
-
Standard Mode
-
Reminder Mode
Standard Mode
By default, Tempo Timesheets uses Standard Mode to track time. Worklogs are created manually in Standard Mode, but Tempo Automation is available. Tempo Automation creates activity cards for people, which can then be converted into worklogs.
Reminder Mode
you can choose Reminder Mode instead. In Reminder Mode, worklogs are automatically created for your team members, and they are sent reminder emails to confirm that the worklogs are accurate. As Project SAGE learns more about your organization, fewer reminders are sent.
This can be enabled for specific teams. If a team is not included in Reminder Mode, they use Standard Mode. If Reminder Mode is enabled for your organization, a team manager can enable Reminder Mode for their team.
