When you no longer need to track a customer or link ideas and feedback to that customer, you can archive or delete the customer.
We recommend archiving the customer unless you are absolutely sure you won’t need to reference their information again - since you can still view and restore an archived customer.
Archiving a Customer
Once a customer is archived, you can no longer link feedback or ideas to the customer.
To archive a customer:

Open their customer card

Click the three dots at the top right

Select Archive Customer
Restoring an Archived Customer
Restoring an archived customer returns them to the active customer list and allows you to link feedback and ideas to them again.
To restore an archived customer:

Filter the Customers list to show Archived Customers

Open the customer’s card and click the three dots at the top right

Select Restore Customer
Deleting a Customer
You can’t delete an active customer. To permanently delete a customer, you first need to archive the customer.
Deleting a customer cannot be undone!
To delete a customer:
