User not receiving emails from Strategic Roadmaps

Solution

There are numerous potential causes of this issue. Take the following steps until the issue is resolved:

The Strategic Roadmaps admin for the organization can:

  1. Make sure that the user impacted has an account and that it is an active account

  2. Check the spelling of the impacted user's email address

The Strategic Roadmaps user impacted can:

  1. Make sure that the impacted user has marked Roadmunk as “safe”

    1. Whitelist our IP addresses

    2. Check Spam folder
