Why do I see inactive users in my report?

Answer

When deactivating a user in Jira, you must also set a leaving date for that user in the Tempo teams. Otherwise, the inactive Jira user will continue to show up in the team timesheet.

If a leaving date is set, the user will show up in all periods that she/he was active in the Tempo team in the team timesheet, or if the user owns any worklogs on the period that you're viewing the timesheet for.
