After upgrading Jira to version 10 and then upgrading Tempo to the latest version, the Scheduler would not work.

Budgets 18.3.0 users on Jira 9 and Jira 10 users ONLY: Attachments in Folios created before the upgrade could not be reopened after updating to the latest Jira version.
