Question	I have a free JIRA plan, how can I see worklogs for others?
Answer	As it is not possible to alter Project Permissions in a Jira free plan it is not possible to grant users the View All Worklogs and Browse Project Project Permissions which is normally required to view worklogs for others in Tempo. However, there is a workaround available which is to use the View team worklogs Team Permission as follows: Create a team and set the user who will be granted the permission to view all worklogs as the team leader Add users as members to this team Open the Permissions tab and confirm that the team leader has the View team worklogs permission granted You can add an additional role to the team permissions where you can grant the View team worklogs permission to additional users which will have the right to vie all worklogs The users who have been granted the View team worklogs permission should now be able to run reports and view worklogs for others. Please note This workaround will require that every time a new user joins your organization, the user needs to be added to a team so his/her worklogs can be viewed by others who have been granted permission to do so.
