Timesheet approvals for inactive users

Answer

To change/submit timesheet approval for inactive users is currently not supported. Since the Jira user is inactive in JIRA, his permissions in the team can not be checked. (The "approve timesheet" permission does not apply in this case). Therefore, the Tempo Timesheets cannot be submitted for approval. We recommend submitting the timesheet before the user is made inactive in the team.

Workaround:  re-activate this user temporarily to process timesheet approvals.
